Hay fever has struck in the White house

Hello to everyone,

Yes, hay fever is swepping its way threw the two households of the White's. Hunter and Nana have ear infections, I have a sinus iritation and the polen just keeps coming. We need a ggo, hard rain sower to wash some of it away.

Other than that, it has been a decent week around here. Not much to report other than work. I have worked all week to get the money for the band presented and get the State of Alabama DPS to issue a OK for the Tractor Cruise. Niether have been successful, but looking good. Work has been real busy and we are going to start our new schedule this coming week. I sure hope it regulates it out and I can settle in and not be running at such a radid rate.

I sure hope I can find some Turkey Hunting and Fishing time. I realy want to get out some this spring.

The tractor is in the shop for its spring physical. The grass is growing fast, so it will be working hard soon.

t has gotten real busy here, so I'm cutting this short.

Monday morning and I am sleepy

Good morning everyone,

It is now Monday here at TCC. Let me tell you, I did not want to get up this morning.
Not much other than work to tell you about. Friday was another day here at TCC till 2:30. I headed home and Hunter and I refinished one of the marching snares with a recovering. I meant to get a picture but forgot, but let me tell you IT LOOKED GOOD.

I worked a new job Saturday and Sunday. I worked down at Still Waters Fire Department. It was a laid back job and I liked it a lot. I did not get to run a call, but they have nice equipment and the people seem very nice. I will let you know further later.

I stayed a Wind Creek with Andrea Saturday night instead of driving all the way back to save gas and not have to get up so early Sunday.

I hope all of you had a good Easter Sunday. I am working everyday this week, so I will check in with you sometime during the week.

Atlanta for Spring break

Hello to everyone,

It is now Thursday the 20th of March and it feels like this year is just flying by. The family and I went to Atlanta for short stay for a spring break trip. We had a good time once we figured out how to get to our downtown hotel wit all the streets blocked due to tornado damage. The picture above is me at The World of Coke and the 3D glasses for the show there. Go to the picture link on the R for more pictures from our trip.

We got to Atlanta Monday morning and had planned on going straight to the Weston and parking the car so we did not have to deal with it. But that plan went south when the police shut a lot of roads downtown due to falling glass. We went on to the Aquarium and then to World of Coke. By then the streets were back open and we got to the hotel. The damage from the tornado on Friday was very visible from the hotel room on the 56th floor. We ended up going to Lenox Square mall by the MARTA that evening and then had dinner at the Varsity before returning to the room to rest. We all hurt from the walking we had done for the day. The next morning, we awoke and got in the car to make some more stops. We were hunting for a belt that Hunter wanted and found it at a Journeys at Atlantic Station development. From there to IKEA. We then headed out to the Smart dealership to look at the cars. I can not wait till I get mine. Late that afternoon, we were headed home.

Yesterday was a good day for me. I had a class at BREMSS and while there got news that I have been awaiting for almost two years now. I got a full time position at TCC. I was so happy. We stayed the night at the Rogers and had a good evening with them and some good rest that night.

And now I am back at TCC for a 10 hour shift.

Take a look at the pictures from our trip and have a good day.

Its Spring Break week

Hello to everyone,
It is Sunday and of course I am at TCC. I know I promised to be a better blogger, but it has been crazy around my place. I feel like i have not stopped moving for weeks till yesterday, and I would have been going yesterday if the rain had not forced me to do differently than planned.
I have had some events happen to bring you up to speed on, so here goes.
Most of my days have been work of course. I did have a eye Doctor appointment and another doctors appointment. Both went well and they did not tell me any bad news. As normal, the FD meeting was full of drama and lasted about an hour more than it should.

Hunter went to Montgomery on the Beta Club meeting Monday and Tuesday. He seemed to have a decent time and got into normal mischief of a14 year old. He is driving us crazy wanting to buy a drum set. So don't be surprised if he starts asking for donations towards his cause of getting one. He already wants to sell some of his older game systems and games to go toward it. I guess it is about time we start looking at him getting one.

On Wednesday afternoon, I got to get up in a helicopter and get some pictures of our property that I have wanted for several years. It just feel together that I was able to hitch a ride long enough to get them with a LifeSaver crew. They were in the Sycamore area for a call that got cancelled. You can go to my picture site on the R side bar and see all the pictures if you would like.

Yesterday was opening Turkey season, but when it was hailing and storming at 4:30 and time to go, it did not take me long to decide not to go and go back to sleep. I had been up for almost 48 hours and was tired. I actually slept till 6 pm. of course that messed me up and I have now been up since. I will go to bed early tonight.

We are having two family days out Monday and Tuesday for spring break, than I go back to work. Amy and Hunter are going to do some visiting (I think) and relaxing (I know).

I sure wish I was off more with them, but we will use the time we get wisely I hope.

I will talk to you later in the week and let you know how it is going.

Jeff

Hunter got to fly for just aminute while he moved the helicopter from fuel to pad.

Sorry for the long time, But I have been sick

Sorry that I have not done a post in few days. I have been under the weather or working or both. Nothing really to tell you about so I just have not worried with it.

I will do a better post when I feel a little better.
